Get rid of horizontal lines on the neck
Generally, lines on the neck are considered a sign of ageing. However, some people are born with horizontal lines on the neck.
Try these tips to minimise their appearance:
Pinching: Pinch the skin on your neck to eliminate neck lines. Not full fledged pinches though, more a massaging motion. Pull the skin downward while moving your neck against the force of your fingers. Do ten reps all around the neck.
Chewing: Sit upright and tilt your head back. Close your eyes and move your mouth like you are chewing something. Repeat this about 10 times and relax before doing 10 more reps. Do this multiple times a day; it hardly takes about five minutes of your time. But don't overdo it; you might end up with a sore jaw.
Kissing: Tilt your head backwards. Close your lips and eyes. Take a deep breath and relax. Pout your lips and kiss the air. Kiss like you are trying to kiss the sky stretching your lips as upward as you can. Hold this for a minimum of 10 seconds or more if you are comfortable. Bring your head to normal position, look straight ahead and relax, letting go of the stretch.
Repeat this five times in a row. Do two sets with five repetitions when you wake up and before you go to sleep.
