Ingredients
6 sheets of Rice paper
3 Cucumbers
3 Carrots
Half a packet of glass noodles
1/2 cup coriander
Sweet chilli sauce.

Slice the cucumber and carrots length-wise. Soak the Glass noodles to soften.

Method
- Take a sheet of rice paper, soak in a shallow plate of water, cut in half. Place carrots, cucumber, glass noodles on one edge. Add a sprig of coriander with leaf sticking out. Roll the paper tightly into the thickness of a cigar. Chill in a fridge for some time and serve with Thai sweet chili sauce.

They are generally served as an entree and are usually prepared using pork, prawns and a range of vegetables including carrots and shredded cabbage.
