Fiat India opens exclusive dealership in Chennai

Fiat India, the Indian subsidiary of the
Italian automobile manufacturer Fiat has launched its exclusive
dealership in Chennai on January 23, 2013. The facility includes a
showroom and an art workshop which has been set up by the carmaker to
offer committed and service to its customers.
The inauguration was presided over by Mr. Enrico Atanasio MD Fiat India who commented at the occasion stating that the opening of the showroom in Chennai is part of the company’s strategy to capitalize on the potential of the Chennai car market.
The Italian carmaker is currently in the process of setting up its solo dealership network in the Indian car industry and is planning to follow a rapid expansion strategy to increase its presence. The next step for the automaker after setting up the dealership network will be to deliver world class service and after-sales service.
The new showroom will showcase the two existing car models by Fiat, namely the Linea mid-size sedan and the Punto hatchback car model.
